Baker Gives Paper at IPSA 2023

CACP Senior Director of Research, Paul M.A. Baker, recently attended the International Political Science Association (IPSA)  27th World Congress of Political Science held 15-19 July 2023, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. https://wc2023.ipsa.org/wc/welcome

He presented a paper (co-authored with Professor Cassidy Sugimoto, SPP, Georgia Tech), “Innovation Networks, Workforces, and Mixed-Sector Policy Opportunities at the Knowledge Networks, Knowledge Networks, Workforces, and Innovation Policy at the Edges panel. In addition to chairing and serving as discussant for 2 other panels, Baker was re-elected as Chair of Research Committee 11 (RC11) Science and Politics.
