Overview

As an Industrial-Organizational Psychology PhD student, I am interested in exploring the practical applications of motivational and lifelong learning theories, particularly in how individuals approach and complete tasks. My research also delves into the interplay between contextual factors and individual characteristics, examining their collective impact on personal wellbeing. At the Center for Advanced Communications Policy (CACP), I am dedicated to apply my research experience to enhance user experiences with point-of-care medical technologies, including at-home COVID tests, and preventative care solutions, such as health-related applications.
