Overview
Kotryna recently received her Master's in Biomedical Science from Georgia State University. During her time there she worked as a Research Assistant aiding in multiple lab techniques and data analysis within their Cardiovascular Lab and successfully published a review paper as coauthor. Kotryna also has experience working as a CDC Data Science fellow where she assisted in coding cardiovascular disease data within R to summarize the first-ever health disparities trends between the ethnic group of the Native Hawaiian Pacific Islanders throughout the years leading to a co-authorship. As a result, Kotryna also created an automated system within SAS to allow quick and easy access to all CDC health data. Kotryna's passions include: research, data analysis, and achieving goals for any team to successfully complete their projects.
